Responsibilities
- Work as a lead architect for our customers, be the cloud architecture expert.
- Facilitate, communicate, design and guide the implementation of technical designs and implementation.
- Work together with the sales team and help build offers for our customers.
- Own the technical engagement: you are ultimately responsible that the technical designs match the customer needs. You help our project managers and Cloud Engineers understand the needs as well.
- Run workshops and advise customers on architectural and strategic IT decisions.
- Educate customers on best practices to ensure their solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
- Build plans for the transformation of customer’s IT and application portfolio
- Analyze customer requirements and design architectural solutions for customer projects
- Contribute to consulting projects by working together with our Cloud Advisors on customer projects, for example in planning cloud business cases, defining cloud strategies or delivering operating models.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- in addressing nonfunctional requirements (minimum: application performance, scalability, security requirements)

- with an architecture modelling software (models, diagrams, requirements management, change tracing)
- Highly technical and analytical background, significant experience of cloud/infrastructure design and/or IT and networking implementation as well as security and compliance
- Expertise in cloud technology and architecture, but also have a good understanding and interest in business & IT management
- Background and interest in either enterprise IT or software development
- In general – you help both the customer, and our teams succeed in the cloud journey
- Ability to lead both our internal teams and customers on the cloud journey
- You dare to challenge the legacy solutions and help our customers find new ones
- You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills and are experienced in working with senior level stakeholders at the customer interface
- Fluent English
